After a terrible experience with renovating our own bathroom, we decided to use London Bath Co for the guest bathroom. We really wanted a service that had one point of contact who was responsible for everything. At the end of each week I received an update from Jamie as to what had been achieved and what would be happening in the coming week. Renovating a bathroom is a really disruptive job and London Bath Co made the experience as smooth and unobtrusive as I think it could have been.

We already had a good idea of what we wanted the bathroom to look like and our designer Andre brought it to life via a very cool 3D online presentation following on from a zoom call.
