HOW IT WORKS...
STEP 1. Pre-design Consultation
First, we need to introduce you to one of our designers so they can discuss the brief and find out about the style of kitchen or bathroom you're after. It usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes and can be carried out over the phone, video call or by a visit to one of our boutique showrooms.
STEP 2: In-home Measure
During the consultation your designer will arrange a convenient time for you to visit the showroom for your design presentation. They will also arrange for our surveyor to visit your property and measure up. Once our designer has the dimensions they will begin work designing your new bathroom and or kitchen.
STEP 3: Showroom Design Presentation
Having completed the initial design your designer will take you through and explain everything in detail. They will take you around the showroom and demonstrate the various fixtures and fittings and tiles they've selected for you. They will take account of your feedback during the meeting making any changes to the design while you are there to make sure that everything is exactly as you want it.

Take your new design plans home
If you'd like a copy of the design sent to you after the meeting, we’ll request a small deposit towards your final order. Your designer will then prepare a detailed presentation. The deposit payment doesn't commit you to anything further and of course, you are still free to make as many changes as required.
